Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a great experience at Firestone from start to finish. The team up front was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions about tires without making me feel rushed. They recommended the Firestone Destination X/T tires, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice they’ve been excellent so far. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for my next set of tires. Highly recommend!

I called Firestone looking for new tires and spoke with Danny. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find the right set for my vehicle. He recommended the Destination LE3s, and I’m extremely happy with them they ride great and have exceeded my expectations. Danny made the whole process easy and stress free. Excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Where else is doing inspections for $10! Was 5 star sadly can no longer recommend. They tried charging my daughter over $300 jus to put freon in ac and check for leak not to fix the problem.I put a $12 can in from walmart guess who has ac. They tried saying no freon was in there so they could check for dye leaks. What's crazy is i already used freon with dye and leaks would be visible. Another note the tried saying I needed front suspension work on my car and it's a sticking caliper. Definitely shop around and look at reviews.

Firestone employees have always taken good care of my vehicles and my families vehicles too , my Dad -rip- worked at the Firestone plant and I can count on honesty, excellent work in a timely manner , it is a lil pricey but I know when I drive my car off the lot the work was well done and my car will drive out safely. Thank you .

I had new tires installed on my vehicle. Every employee I interacted with (2 at the front desk and 1 installer) were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout my appointment, as well as over the phone while making the appointment. When leaving I noticed my new tires were somewhat under inflated so I came back in, let them know the issue and they quickly fixed the tire pressure and apologized for the issue. I would return here for service and also recommend to others.
